3 week agoI found this shop because it’s close to where I work. The first time Jay helped me and I loved my pedicure design!!! Jay wasn’t available this time so Tommy helped me and he was Amazing! He was polite, asked questions to make sure I was pleased with my pedicure. He introduced me to the staff and gave me the background on the Nail Dynasty. I’m happy with my pedicure and and impressed with Tommy’s customer service!!! This will be my new shop!!! Please stop by and ask for Timmy, Jay, or Jolie honestly anyone who helps you is AMAZING!!!

1 month agoI loved this nail salon! They had two TVs for customers to watch Netflix shows on, which was very entertaining and made the experience fast. Additionally, the nail technicians were extremely talented and genuinely cared about the outcome of their work. I tried this nail salon for the first time last month, and I am very glad that I did, my nails stayed on for about three weeks, and it was a pretty good price for what I got. All of the staff was very friendly and you can tell that it is a very welcoming and kind community inside of the salon. Will definitely be returning, I completely recommend trying this nail salon out! Sorry for the weird picture it was all I had lol.

2 month agoI’ve gone to this nail salon for years now. Yes, they have completed changed management as of a few months ago but they still treat me very well, and I’ve never been unhappy with the nails. Look!! Go Helen!! Finding a good nail shop is hard. This is a good one

2 month agoNail Dynasty is now my new go-to nail salon in Midtown! As a Midtown resident, I've been to both Beellagio nearby and this spot and now Nail Dynasty is the winner. Jay, my nail tech, has made my nails look so much better than I've ever seen them. The nails in the picture are my natural nails with GEL, not SNS, acrylic or anything else... that's how good his skill was! Every time I've been to the Beelagio I have asked for almond shaped / sharper nails and ended up with rounded, so I've nearly given up on this shape, but no more! And great news, Jay works there every day, so you can request him on your next gel mani/pedi. I experienced impeccable service there. It was a little slow, so I asked if they'd let me switch the TV to watch what I wanted and they were very accommodating. I felt like they took extreme care and attention to my nails, I never felt like it was a rushed job. I was also really happy with my pedicure, but the manicure is definitely where it's at. I also got the best hand massage I've ever gotten from Jay. That man puts some solid strength into the massage! Prices are comparable to Beellagio as well. It's $87 for both a gel mani/pedi including tax, pre-tip. I'll have to go back to report how much it costs to just do my nails without needing a manicure. For attentive & skilled nail work, definitely check out Nail Dynasty!

3 month agoThis place is very busy since there are so many hotels and office buildings nearby, so be sure to ***make an appointment or call ahead*** to ensure they can get you in. I had a wedding to attend and Helen managed to squeeze me in (truly just got lucky, though). Helen is an absolute gem and a mind reader!! I showed her a picture of some nails I wanted based on a photo from one of their Google reviews but requested a slightly longer length and different shape. They turned out exactly like I'd imagined -- they're absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier. She's also just the loveliest person to spend an hour with. Any time I am back in Atlanta, I will come with bare nails just to be able to get them done with Helen!! 10/10 recommend.

4 month agoI loved this place. Helen and her husband were so sweet. I wished I lived in town so that I can come here all the time. Even their children came out to greet me and they were the absolutely sweetest. I felt like I met forever friends here and I wish continued success for your business! Next time my husband and I are back in ATL, I surely hope to return.
